User Training Walkthroughs

These training walkthroughs are geared toward new timekeepers with specific duties in the system, and are designed to lend context to the manual how-to guides posted under Biweekly Timekeeping Training.

  • Managing Own Timecard is designed to guide those employees using the web to edit their time record.
  • Managing Student Employee Timecards is designed to guide supervisors managing biweekly student employees.
  • Managing Regular Staff Timecards is designed to guide supervisors managing biweekly regular staff employees.
  • Advanced Functions is designed to guide supervisors who have more complex regular staff employee transactions, such as more advanced overtime and schedule scenarios, call back pay, and on call pay.
